Cholesterol is GOOD for you if you’re not sitting on your behind all day. Wether you’re a brother or a sister, incorporate more eggs into your diet, and increase your “NEAT” activities. I.e. MOVE more. Park your car a bit further away. Take the stairs more often. Walk to your destinations. EAT EGGS
